Reintroduction of White-tailed Eagles into South East Wales by Sophie Lee Williams

The reintroduction of the White-tailed (or Sea) Eagle in Scotland has been a great conservation success. You will be aware of the scheme to reintroduce the species to the Isle of Wight; birds from this scheme have even been seen in Herefordshire. 

There are now plans to reintroduce the species to SE Wales. and HOC have been invited by the Gwent Ornithological Society to join this online Zoom talk about the project.
