About the event

, walk for woodland and water birds, and possible early migrants. Thursday 17th MarchForest of Dean

Meet 09.30 at the Cinderford Linear Trail car park, Ruspidge, Cinderford SO 649127. The large car park is on the right hand side of the road going towards Speech House just west of the junction of the B4227 and the B4226. The large car park is about 50 yards past the black bitumen tank wagon. This will be a 5 mile morning walk, with a couple of gentle uphill sections. I suggest that you carry a flask and a snack although there will be an opportunity to stop at Brian’s for a coffee and bacon butty! Goshawk not guaranteed but a distinct possibility. No need to book, just turn up. No dogs please.
